1. Store Operator

STARNES LIVING is operated by STARNES QEROMYX TRADING LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform used to offer products and services.

2. Eligibility and Accurate Information

You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information and to protect any account credentials.

3. Products and Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, dimensions, materials, colors, availability, and images accurately. Screen settings, lighting, manufacturing tolerances, and natural material variation can affect appearance. Review the listed measurements and product information before ordering. Images are illustrative and do not include props unless expressly stated.

4. Prices, Taxes, and Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and any optional paid service are shown at checkout. Available payment methods are those displayed during checkout. We may correct genuine pricing or description errors before fulfillment and will contact you if the correction affects your order.
